Our Corporate Office located in Twin Falls is looking for an exceptional Accounts Payable Specialist. The Accounts Payable Specialist assists with the servicing of all of our brokerage offices’ back-office needs. This includes: vetting and setting up new customers and carriers, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit, and collections.

The Accounts Payable Specialist assists with the servicing of all of our brokerage offices’ back-office needs. This includes: vetting and setting up new customers and carriers, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit, and collections.
Accounts Payable Specialist Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service in all aspects of the role
- Answer phones, emails, etc.
- Complete assigned tasks for the vetting and setting up of new customers and carriers
- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivable
- Assist with handling billing, collections, and invoicing
Accounts Payable Specialist Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Work ethic second-to-none
- Excellent typing and computer skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritize
- Experience in a clerical position/office setting
- Experience in Transportation or Logistics Industry is a plus, but not required
